Lying to customers and false advertising...

Second time buying the HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1200w printer... paid R6 000 for the printer and on both occasions... the gateway store has failed to supply the 2 toners “free” and even a power cable... tried phoning in... no one answers... the problem is, as soon as the guy got the sale... he was out... service was **** as it is, where he didn’t understand basic product knowledge... but as soon as the sale is done... no one checks your goods to make sure everything is okay... now I really needed a printer today to get my work done... but due to their lack of attention to detail... I now have two problems... 1. Don’t have a printer... 2. I now have to inconvenience myself and drive all the way back tomorrow just to get what should have already been there in the first place... and it’s honestly not the first time this **** has happened... that’s what made it worse... few months ago, I got the same device... same issue!!!
