Lost package

After 10 days my online order has still not arrived. The entire support department seems to be either clueless or blatantly lying to me. Their quote was 2-5 days and now 10 days later the two very expensive packages seems to have disappeared into thin air. How can no one know what to do at incredible? Dedicated to customer service? Not according to my experience. The customer experience is abysmal at best. Stay clear from their online store. Its obvious they don't have the proper regulations in place to manage it. Honestly I should not have been stupid enough to buy here when Takealot is so much better managed.
