I handed in my Smsung tablet for repair on the 9/09/2016, after 3 weeks not hearing back from them, I had to phone them to follow up, only to find that my tablet was ****** in . Today on the 31/10/2016 after so many promises that it will be handeld I still have no tablet and no answer</p>
