Long wait to receive faulty product

Had to wait 2 weeks, which I was initially led to believe would only be a day or 2 wait - email submitted 6/12/2022 @12h52( no response) to get an online product to the store, and in fact had to deviate from my intended purchase due to no stock from the suppliers side (yet these products are still available for purchase on IC online shop), Only to get a faulty unit, where the PC displays white and colored stripes on the monitor from startup.

After some investigation and asking around in the community it would seem that it has boiled down to one of two possible causes:

1. The fact that the Power Supply only meets the minimum specification required by the Graphics card (650W).

2. The Graphics card might have gotten hurt during transit or might have been faulty from the start.

This could be avoided by a simple startup of a unit before supplying to a customer.

The sales team at Cradlestone Store have been kind/helpful and understanding throughout, but there has to be some type of Quality Control and Assurance to prevent these type of unnecessary situations.
