Listed at transunion as slow payer

I had an account with Incredible connection in 2012/2013. It was a 24 month contract i payed it every single month. I settled it within 10 months but they sent my name to transunion as a slow payer which is not true. I complained about this to them in 2014. They said it will be corrected. I found out today they never did. FNB just declined my bond application. Please help. From Mr ZM Sitoyi ***
