Lies by RTT logistics and Incredible Connection (who could not be cared to assist with tracking of delivery)

I ordered a laptop from Incredible Connection on the 24th of July and the lee time for delivery was 2-5 days. The package already arrived in CT at the warehouse on Friday, 26 July but no deliveries was made by the courier company, RTT Logistics, on the weekend and even though this is poor from a national courier service, I accepted it as such. When I however followed up on the status of my order status this morning, it showed that the parcel is out for delivery today. However, at 15:45 I got worried as I did not receive any delivery and I then phoned RTT Logistics Customer Care at their Cape Town branch. The consultant promised me that delivery will happen today(29 July) but I have just checked my order status and it is noted that "the Consignee rejected the order". This is complete and utter BS as I have been following up the whole day but all I get is empty promises from RTT logistics and when I asked Incredible Connection about my order they just told me to liaise with the courier company directly. Pathetic, poor service from both Incredible Connection and their courier partner, RTT Logistics.
