Lies and ******* service. Very disappointing.

I bought a Fitbit online from Incredible connection ( Order number : ********** 73) on Sunday ( 13 May 2018) and it was delivered Tuesday . It came with the charger but not the ****le. I then called Incredible connection and let them know. I was told that they had logged a complaint on my behalf and i would get a call within 24 hours. I called again the following way and was told the matter was being escalated to the manager, still I have received no call or assistance from them. I am unable to use this fitbit as i cannot set it up on my PC and its not compatible with my current phone.

I am soo annoyed and dissapointed with Incredible connection's service. I have spent R2000 on a thing that is just sitting in my draw and I am unable to use it!! And they are being non-nonchalant about it!!
