**** to by technicians to void warranty

I recently had an issue with my Alienware m17x r3 which has a 4 year onsite warranty and I tried to contact Dell but kept getting cut off so I took the laptop to the nearest Incredible connection as I had purchased it from them and they said that they would get a Dell technician to take a look at it.<br> I got a call the following day from the Incredible Connection technician and he informed me that they had voided the warranty due to there being ants, ant eggs and \green gunk"inside the laptop and that he saw it as well. <br> Not long after that I received a call from Alienware"
