*****, cheats and thieving ******!!

I ordered a M.2 drive from them on saturday the 7th of March 2020. When I contacted them (live chat) about the delivery being for the next day, friday 13th I was told they would open a complaint and get back to me. Immediately afterwards I checked the tracking and low and behold all of a sudden, the package had been picked an reserved after a week of NOTHING happening!! The drive arrived today. It was boxed in a old tatty 2nd hand box, inside was 2nd hand bubble wrap and inside of which was the box with the M.2 drive. When I was about open it, I found it had already been opened. The drive looked brand new though. I though it could have been a display model, hence the R200 discount, although there was nothing said online about it being so. After I inserted it into my PC, it didnt show up. I Changed a few settings in my PC's BIOS( never formatted it!!) and there it was, but no software!! Its supposed to have Acronis software on it among others. This tell me that this drive had been used before!! OMG, these guys are selling used items and not making there customers aware of this!! A bunch of cheats, ***** and ******, I will apply for a full refund tomorrow!!! NEVER WILL I BUY FROM THEM AGAIN, NEITHER WILL I RECOMMEND THEM!! STAY FAR AWAY!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
