Lenovo Tablet Repair taken more than 6 weeks

I handed my Lenovo tablet in for a software repair under warrenty on 13 July 2015 and to date have still not received it back.<br> <br> Incredible Connection are not serious about their customers. <br> <br> A software problem like this should take a few hours to sort out. They cannot seem to fix the problem and refuse to replace the tablet either,<br> <br> They just tell you that the tablet is at the supplier and they can't (and won't) do anything.<br> <br> I have been without my tablet for 6 weeks and they do not care about my inconvenience in the slightest. <br> <br>
