LED Cracked

I've had the most horrid experience with Incredible Connection and I'm not whether I would have purchase any item from the store again.

I purchased a great deal on Black Friday, which was a 55" TV - Serial Number - LT-55N770-775

Firstly, I was told that I had to drive to Fourways when I stay in Cape Town which I found hilarious. I was then told that I myself had to take the TV to the store to get it replaced but no store in Cape Town has the TV and that they will repair the TV.

I would not like the TV i purchased to be repaired as it's already broken then I have to wait longer now for a TV that should have worked in the first place.

This is such an inconvenience to me and I am so dissapointed in the company. I would not like the funds returned to me as the deal I got was great and I waited months for Black Friday for a special on a TV.

Please could this be sorted immediately as it's now the weekend and nothing was done regarding this,
