I have actively avoided purchasing anything from incredible connection for the past few years due to the clear exploitative nature of the company. Recently (I must've had a lapse of judgement) I ordered a special online for a laptop. Two days later I receive a phone call stating that the laptop is not in stock, would it be OK if I take delivery of a demo model. I respectfully decline the offer and request a full refund. 4 days after the phone call I hadn't heard from online accounts department about my refund so I begin spam emailing until I get a response. 5 days and still no refund. If I can pay by instant EFT to purchase a product then the least incredible connection can do is refund me in a reasonable amount of time because of their mistake.
