Leaked data and no personal data control

Not only did the JD Group (including Incredible Connection) breach all our data (including ID numbers!), but when I tried deleting my account, I was not able to do so. I contacted a consultant who was also not able to assist in deleting my account. So, they hold onto your data, leak it and then you're not able to control if after. Really bad.
