LAZY useless staff at Incredible connection Waterfront!!!!

If i could give less than a 1 star I would.Bought my son a tab in Feb 2024 , been 3 months and it just wont go on, took it to the waterfront branch and they sent it away .... I was told21 days for feedback. WHAT company takes that long to give you feedback , i mean how *********** do you have to be to take that long to say whether its broken or not? !are you looking for a way to not replace it or what shady things are you busy with? The staff dont answer calls at the branch , they will watch that phone ring yet when you in store you see how they stand around making jokes laughing on their fones like ppl who are on holiday and not at work. They are lazy useless unhelpful people, for such a huge brand I am disgusted to have bought a product from such a pathetic rated branch whos customer service level is less than ZERO !!!!!!
