late order & now item doesn't work

<p>Ordered a JBL Flip for birthday gift on 20 Jan- expecting a 5-10 day delivery. <br /><br /> After many many follow ups, I finally talk to Shiela at IC who said she had halted my order!! She promised it would arrive on 10th, which it didn't.<br /><br />Finally item arrived on 13 Feburary (birthday was on 5th) Item wouldn't turn on, then randomly turned on for no reason and couldn't be switch it off. Beyond angry. </p>
