LATE DELIVERY

<p>I am truly disappointed in Incredible Connection. I made an online order for a laptop and an anti-virus on the 6 March 2017 around 10PM. I opted for my products to be delivered the next day and paid a R150 fee for this option. I later learnt that in order for orders to be delivered the next day, you must have made the order before 10AM which I didn’t know at the time when I placed the order. You would expect that even if that was the case, the order would at least be delivered on the 8th but that was not the case. I am really disappointed because I had my personal reasons for wanting the laptop be delivered urgently hence I used my work address. Yesterday, I received an e-mail from Incredible Connection at 16h22 notifying me that the order is ready to ship but this does not even suit me because I'm out of the office today and tomorrow. I really feel let down by this company. Worst of all, on the 7th I made an online order on Takealot.com after 10AM and opted for the product to be delivered on the same day and around 3PM my order was delivered. I actually regret my choice to purchase the laptop from Incredible Connection. Surely, you have no regard whatsoever for your customers!</p>
