Late Deliver
I placed an order on Saturday 12/12/2015 the receipt email clearly stated 'Shipping Method - Next Day - Order before 12:00 PM' today is 15/12/2015 and after speaking to Pamela Magezana at FedEx I was told that next day means 24-48 hours. Tried calling *** Incredible Connection to no avail and Pamela from FedEx was unhelpful and quite abrupt as well. First and last time.
