Last time we buy a product from incredible contention!!!

After buying a Hisense smart TV from incredible connection we could not use netflix as this gave us a continues problem.

We tried to get the matter resolved with incredible contention seeing they we bought the TV from them but they just passed the buck and told us to sort the problem out with hisense not them.

This was the main reason why we bought a smart tv for Netflix and all the added extras that are suppose to come with a smart tv as promissed by the salesman at incredible connection.

After logging the problem with Hi-sense they sent out a technician to have a look at the problem. We were so disappointed by the unprofessional manner in which the technician handled the problem.

We gave clear instructions on what the problem was and that they should phone myself before sending out the technician to insure that there is no misunderstanding.

This was never done and the technician just pitched up at our house. Our housekeeper opened the gate and informed me of the technician being there.

I left my office immediately and went home to try and explain the problem and. When i got there 10min later he had already left with nothing fixed and some lame instructions to our housekeeper???????

Wont ever buy a Hi-sense product again, so disappointed.
