Laptop sent in for repairs taken more than promise

We bought a new laptop, less than a month later it had a mayor system crash, both the MS Windows as well the recovery unit. When i took it back to the store for repairs, it took more than an hour to book the laptop in due to the repair man running aroundiin the store, trying to find information. I called the manager to assist me, after he stepped in it took no less than 5minutes. I also explained to him that i urgently neede the laptop back. He assured me that the laptop would be returned within 10 days. I took in the laptop on the 1/7/2015 and after 17days it is still not returned. I hope i would never have to do business agian with that store
