Laptop order not received - over 11 days.

I ordered a laptop on 29/11/2024, black friday. They gave a 2-5 business day lead time. I received tracking info and on 30/11/2024 it was shipped. It has been with the courier from the 01/12/2024 and still the package has not arrived by the 11/12. I called on the 06/12 and filed a complaint reference number: ***. They said someone will be in contact, well no one has been in contact. Now I read reviews on them and am worried I will not receive my laptop anytime soon. I need it for my work and will be out of a job without this laptop. Very unhappy with the service received. Also no information about the courier so I am unable to contact them myself. My partner also called them today and they gave him a **** email address for a manager. They did say they would escalate the ticket so we will see. Order number: ***. Very concerned on the condition it will arrive in, being with a courier possibly in a van for that extended amount of time.

I filed a complaint, and think it took almost two weeks to get a response to that. After my partner taking the initiative and calling their customer service repeatedly. They kept saying that would call back and never did. I received the response to my complaint and told a very nice lady on the phone (sorry don't remember their name) about the customer service rep who said they would get the laptop sent to a local incredible connection for an in-store pickup. The same day of getting that phone the in-store pickup was organized and I went and picked up my package. I had a great in-store experience at the George mall branch, and the laptop situation was finally resolved. I was told to reject the laptop delivery which I did, not sure what condition that laptop would have been in, possibly be in a delivery vehicle or handled for so many weeks. It was solved on 13/12/2024.
