Laptop not working from day 1

We told them exactly what we needed in a laptop, they asked us a load of questions, then the sales rep made his recommendation as to which laptop would be best for my business. We bought the laptop. It never functioned properly. it was very sow, kept freezing and was worse than my 5 year old laptop that we were trying to replace. 8 months later I am still using the old laptop. They have reinstalled the OS a few times and so have we. Now they want us to pay to do the same again. They got the supplier to pay for extra memory because the laptop was sold with too little memory to be functional. The supplier acknowledged this and agreed to pay for the extra memory. Now we are told the memory is still not enough and we need to pay R1800 for enough memory to run the laptop! I think they deliberately sell faulty laptops so that they can get return business. selling a good laptop means they don't see yo again. I do NOT recommend Incredible Connection!!!!!!
