Laptop Not Returned

In June 2023 we bought a laptop at Incredible Connections. 4 months later it stopped operating and when I took it in since it is still under warranty.

I got only a slip confirming the warranty details. No one has called to give me feedback, when I called the office phone because it is not always attended to.
