Laptop not delivered because the laptops are faulty , have not received my refund. Cannot get hold of them

<p> </p> <p>I cancelled the order on friday but still I havent recieved my money. </p> <p>I want my money back so I can buy one in one of the retailers that do not sell faulty laptops. I am going nuts now. I need a laptop to do my work.</p> <p>Please help!</p>
