lack of service and theft

Made a online purchase of an apple watch series 3 and it stated will take 21 days to deliver which i have no problem with, two days passed and get and email saying that the order has been delivered.

which was not delivered and i made contact with them where they will look into the matter regarding this

decided to call the courier company and gave them the tracking number which they then stated incredible canceled the pickup and i would then pick it up at woodlands branch.

now i have no idea where the package they keep saying they have been trying to reach the store manager of woodlands branch , now how can you not reach them do they not work anymore...

i am getting no answers regarding this matter and the only thing i see is they have ****** from me
