Lack of service!

Incredible currently have a special on a micro SD card. I went in-store to buy one. After the sales guy took 10 minutes to find the key for the box the cards are kept, without success, it was decided that I will continue my shopping and come back to the store as it will give them time to find the correct key. I returned to the store after 30 minutes to the counter to pay for the item. I was told by the sales guy they haven't managed to find the key. The manager was unavailable to assist. I walked out without having the item I was looking for and the sales team just shrugging their shoulders.
