Lack Of Integrity

I spoke to the manager at the Secunda store on Monday (12/08/2019) and he agreed to give me an ACER SP111 2 in 1 laptop for R8400. I told him I will come during the week to collect the item. When I got to the store on Friday 16/08 he refused to give me the item.

If this is how they treat customer's, it makes me wonder if they have the capability to fulfill the obligation of guarantees and warranties for items purchased from the store.
