Lack of customer service by Incredible Connection

I have app**** for credit at Incredible Connection online,I received a message that says the application is approved i can go to a branch.I went to a branch in Greenstone on the 5th August 3 days after receiving sms to buy a phone and i was told the phone is out of stock,I tried to choose another phone and it was also out of stock.I waited for the branch to try get it for me,While waiting i saw it advertised again on the specials that started on the 10th of August. How do you advertise something you dont have.I then decided to visit the store again to see if i cant choose something else,Then i found them having that phone in stock but i was told my application has expired,I tried to apply again and i was told it has declined after the whole effort of going to the store many times and they wanted lot of things which i send and they wanted my original ID copy.My daughter had to start late at work to take my ID book to the store.I dont have trust in the Incredible Connection anymore,I use to take it as a great organization but there is a lack of proffesionasm
