Lack of customer service at Incredible Connection

Ordered online Black Friday specials. Still not received. Pathetic service. Received an email this morning after escalation stating feedback on complaint to follow within 24 hours. Shocking regarding a complaint - 24 hours . Tried calling the call center that too was impossible. Was on hold for 6 minutes- no answer. Clearly this company lacks any customer service. Incredible mistake for me to shop at your brand . Definitely never again. No even call until now. Shocking lack of service
