Lack of communication regarding 3 year warranty

I purchased a laptop from Greenstone Incredible Connection on 25 Jan. I went online to activate a 3year warranty on the laptop. Too date, I havent received any communication about the warranty. Really sad considering the amount that was spent to acquire the laptop.
