Lack of assistance.

It is with the greatest disappointment that I have to report one of my fav gadget stores Incredible Connection for a lack of assistance when needed. I purchased a screen protector not so long ago at Incredible Connection Rosebank, where I was advised it will protect my screen should it fall unless it was shattered first. When my phone eventually fell the protector came off and now my screen is left shattered. I went in store for assistance but was only quoted the repair amount and the fact that the protector was bought there was completely ignored . I wasn't even referred to a manager to give my grievance. Having purchased and repaired gadgets at this store, this is definitely not the type of service I expected. I hope this matter can be sorted, if not, a clear reason should be supp****.
