Lack of after sales returns and service

I bought a MyGica Android box from this branch, but it was faulty. None of the apps responded like it should and it was a complete waste of time and money. I returned it in excellent condition to the store the following day (today, 24 April) and they told me they don't have the money and if they refund it on my card it can takr upto 10 working days. This is absurd, I travel for work and commune between two cities and don't have the time to come back when they eventually have the money.
