Lack of accountability from Incredible Connection

They have a lack of accountability when they sell faulty products. I bought the correct printer cartridge 56 from them that does not work on my printer. Older versions of the cartridge work 100% as was proved to them, they take the stance that they cant return a printer cartridge even though they sold a faulty cartridge. stay away from Incredible Connection, they are very unprofessional.
