Comment: I bought 2 new cartridges earlier this week. My laptop showed an error that they were both empty, so it wouldn't print. I took them back. Was then asked to come back again and bring my printer in as well. I had to buy 2 more different cartridges. Basically, I was given the wrong ones the first time, and the store refused to credit/refund/exchange. The manager needs alot of training in customer relations, her attitude leaves alot to be desired
