I would like to thank the Incredible Connection team at Clearwater for their friendly and excellence service. This includes everyone from the chasers to the people who helps with the book in of laptop's at the reapers department.<br> <br> I would like to especially thank Ronny for helping me to by my laptop. He answered all my questions and explain what I did not understand. Also I would like to especially thank Lebogang Mokubetsi who has help me with my Windows upgrade. I took my laptop in late in the afternoon and he immediately started with the upgrade and I got my laptop back the very next day. He also went the extra mile of helping me with my phone that did not want to connect with my laptop. <br> <br> Keep up the EXCELLENCE SERVICE!!!<br>
