Just bad service!

We bought a Xiaomi Mi TV Stick from the branch in George a while ago. Had some crashing issues with it and took it back to the store. The guy told us he would book it in, send it back to the supplier and be in contact with us. After a month of not receiving any news from them, my girlfriend called them and the technician told her that he is struggling to find the item because they never gave us a job card! Excuses after excuses, and no news yet! They probably lost the item, and can’t find it! Please think before you buy something there! Terrible after sales!
