Just a ****, not a sale

Incredible connection website has sale of laptop for R4999, system shows its reduced by R1000, approached their branch in Northgate, after waiting for their manager to come back from lunch and phone call after phone call, they cannot sell the unit to me, its online only, so I went online from my phone in store, its marked as "out of stock" and the sale runs till 15 December, so i proceeded to enquire from store manager if the store was a franchise, and was told its directly owned by incredible and the laptop in question is tagged with a price of R6999.

This is a ****, since its available and visible by me, and the store is directly owned, there is stock, the "out of stock" is an artificial scarcity and the entire online campaign can be viewed as false advertising. on top of all this, when the marked down price is R4999 with a savings of R1000 adds up to R5999, not R6999, just full on *******!!
