JGD group Incredible Connection

Hi I had an account with JDG under the incredible connection, my account was paid in full last in September 2018 and have since been requesting that the closure of my account to be effected on the credit buruos which have felt on deaf ears with the *********** stuff at the JDG call center. I wanted the account updated and reflected as closed on all credit buruos
