JD Group Supply Chain Services has the worst courier service I have ever come across

I ordered a Xiaomi Media Box on 22 January from Incredible Connection who JD Group Supply Chain Services as courier, and today is 28 January and still no delivery, even though they promise 5 working day delivery on their website. I called Incredible Connection online store (Ref for call: ***), and they said it was dispatched on Friday, but we had no calls to inform us it will be delivered, nobody showed up and we were home all day. They logged a ticket and niw we could receive the parcel Monday or Tuesday.. I dont feel optimistic. The tracking shows that JD Group Supply Chain Services have been having the parcel with them since 23 January and we still don’t have it. So much for 5 days commitment. This in Incredible Connection website under delivery info: What if I miss my delivery? We will notify you of a failed delivery i.e. when no one can be reached at the specified delivery address to receive and sign for the goods at the scheduled time. We will reschedule the delivery as soon as possible. What nonsense: “We will notify you of failed delivery…” do you really have no system in place between your shipping company and yourself on tracking so that you can inform your clients when shipment is late or when it will be delivered… terrible!!! I will NEVER order online from Incredible connection again, it was my first and last time, they don’t deliver on their promises and their sipping agent, JD Group Supply Chain Services, had our parcel for 5days without dispatching. Cant even find a website or contact number for JD Group Supply Chain Services. I will rather stick to TakeAlot and know I will get my stuff on time.
