JD Group Refusing to Provide Paid Up Letter

I finished paying my outstanding balance in Sept 2017 for an Incredible Connection account I had but still get calls from MBD Credit Solutions, ADRS Debt Collections Services, Blake and Associates, JJ Harmse and Associates JD Group.

I have spoken to approximately 12 supervisors since then and have send my Proof of Payments to all three companies almost 4 times each but still I get sms's and calls that I owe them.

Worst part is I requested my paid up letter more than 3 times since Sept 2017 but no one has gotten back to me. A friend of mine suggests I let the lawyers handle it and at this rate, I will end up resorting to that.
