JBL headset warranty been waiting a week no reply

I Purchased a JBL headset of R 2 999 it is not connecting wirelessly anymore after 6 months bring it back for warranty and I've been waiting a week now and all they say is the supplier is not replying them I have to wait. I used to work there and this is not the service we where told we give customers they insisted its not about price its about good service so what is this now extra price and 0 service ?
