Items not delivered requesting refund

I ordered 2 items online with this company. I ordered 128gb usb and Asus dvd rw on 11 Dec 2024 and only received the Asus dvd rw on 17 Dec 2024 I haven't received the 128gb usb till today I haven't received my item i tils them i want a refund for the 128gb that was not delivered. They gave me this cade#*** for the refund and said it would be completed in 24hrs it's already been 72hrs. This is my second order with them online and I'm extremely disappointed
