Items not delivered - Poor Service - No contact - Robbing customers

I placed 2 orders with Incredible Connection on the same day. The first order was some how refunded by my request (I did not request this). The second order I have not heard about (1 item was delivered) but the others I have no clue about. I have tried to track it with order number supp**** on purchase and the tracking on the site says "There is no tracking available". I spend a lot of money on this order and I'd like to know what's happening. I have tried emailing your support people directly from the order where it was "refunded on my request", I have gotten no replies. I have tried to call your call center and there is no answer. I have tried filling out the contact us form on your site and have had no reply.

This to me is theft. Please can someone help me get my order or my money back.
