Item on promotion not delivered

I bought a Skyworth 40-inch Android FHD LED TV-40STD6500 on the 4th Nov which was on the store weekly promotion for the 1st Nov - 7th Nov 2021, the promotion was that the TV Is R4499 and came with a free extra which in this instance was a free bracket, the extra app**** for both online nd instore purchases, but was very irate today when I got the delivery and the bracket was not included, all I got from consultant is that they will log a complaint for me and all I want is just what was advertised, cause it what I paid for.
