We bought a brand new high specification laptop (ASUS FX553VD I5 GAMING NOTEBOOK) for study purposes from IC in the last week of March. When we arrived home the laptop was not properly set up and it was extremely slow. We had to then take it back for it to be set up properly and the technician informed us that it should be fine now. When we arrived home the laptop was still extremely slow and lagging upon start up. We then had to take it back again and spoke to the manager (Joshua). He informed us that the laptop have been discontinued and that they would have to send the laptop back to the supplier for them to check. We told them that we would need the laptop as classes for the studies will start on 17th April. They said that it would take 14 working days for the laptop to be checked and delivered. The communication in this branch is extremely poor and so is the service. I will NEVER again buy from Incredible Connection and I will advise anyone I know against buying from Incredible Connection. They are quick to give you great service when you are purchasing an item, but as soon as it has been purchased the service and support takes a turn for the worst.
