Is it incredible connection or *******ion

I bought my child a Lenovo Tablet from the Incredible Connection in Fourways June 2015, November 2015 the tablet started giving us problems. The unit would come on and would not go any further from there.<br> We took it back to Incredible Connection and were told that they needed to reload the unit. Today we are told that the mother board of the unit is faulty due to physical damage. When I took this unit into Incredible Connection almost 2 months ago there wasn't even a scratch on it!!! I have had it with Incredible Connection or should I say Incredible *******ion!!! From the onset we have been given the run around, different stories to different diagnosis! We buy from incredible connection with the thought in mind that we are paying extra for quality!
