Is it even possible to be so useless?

The most useless customer support service I have ever dealt with. No replies to emails regarding a outstanding order. Unable to track the order. Only partially delivered without prior notification. "Live Chat" service an automated response system that only wastes time. Let me be very clear: DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM INCREDIBLE CONNECTION, you will only be left disappointed. Dont even bother phoning the customer care line, you will only be put on hold for hours.
