Irresponsible no response of take a lake a lot

After going up and down with this company I lost R52 000 one could submit assignments because it was hanging. I am not interested I dealing with them any more all I ask is can the refund and meet halve with the money I lost because of them. They denied getting hold of me yet I was the one go it to the store to get help. Now they say I must bring in the condition I found it and they’ll refund that and nothing else’s. I have Microsoft lifetime so that adds on the costs. I am sure this the first week I complained which is the same week I got it.
