iPhone 14 Pro.

I bought an IPhone 14 Pro from incredible Connection in October 2022. The phone battery life is horrible, the first week I went to incredibles 3 times to complain about the battery life. They updated the software, restarted the phone 2 times and yet. My phone battery last for about hours when I am not busy on. If I continuously 4 hours is enough to go from 100% to 20%. I charge this phone 2 times a day on a slow day. My phone was booked for 3 days at Istore Sandton drive then they told me nothing was wrong with my phone and they way of testing was downloading on streaming app and streaming the whole day. No phone. Uses one app.
