IPhone 13 from Incredible Connection

I bought a Brand New iPhone 13 on the 15th of April at Incredible Connection Garden Route Mall and on the 19th of April th phone went off, it doesn't switch on, not charging either and it's only been 4 days 😢 now I am being sent from Pillar to post they won't give me a new phone I have to wait for weeks for the phone to be sent to repairs and it's such an inconvenience as I'm busy organizing my Dad's funeral... I wouldn't advice anyone to buy it.
