IPhone 11 from Carnival Mall- Incredible Connection

I bought iPhone 11 on the 9th of August and afte 7 weeks I started noticing vertical lines on the screen and I reached out to incredible via facebook and they told me to visit the branch and i did then and i was told to bring my phone for repairs and 2 weeks later i was told to come back and disable face ID technicians couldnt work on the phone that keeps on asking for face ID, fast forward 2 weeks after removing passwords i told that the phone is still at Incredible Carnival Mall and i asked why i was told about 21 working days i escalated and my phone was taken to the supplier for the 2nd time, 2 weeks later again im told that I have been qouted by the supplier and that i need to pay R4500 for a screen because it is a physical damage, i asked what does that mean and got told that it means im the one who damaged the phone, how? The screen has no physical damage, no scratch, no dent, no chip and it has screen protector which is also damage free and i didnt damage the phone, then i escalated again via facebook and whatsapp and waiting for feedback and when i followed up i was told about 21 working days because i can be given feedback. I got a call from a store manager at carnival who told me that there is nothing they can do because the supplier insist that they wont fix the phone because it is a physical damage then 7 weeks later( last week) i asked them to bring my phone back because there is no way im gonna pay R4500 for a supplier fault which is clear and they are clearly taking chances, I asked the store what took the supplier so long to see that it was a physical damage? So they couldnt see that without me removing passcode? It is a story that the supplier is creating and im not taking the story of physical damage. Incredible Connection only cares about their relationship with suppliers not their customers. I so wish I was white because this would have been fixed long time ago, I know that white people know how to make the right noises but i guess i have to accept that im black and i cant make the right noises hence no one takes my complaint serious.

I guess Incredible is not so Incredible after all
